The ground is extremely waterlogged and it is unsafe to drive along the lanes

Because of the difficulties of running the shop in the context of Covid restrictions we are unable to open the shop for the rest of this year. In early 2021 stock of seed potatoes, onions, garlic, shallots, and seeds will start to arrive. We’ll announce more details in the New Year, and post information on the website.
Thank you for your understanding.

Please leave items beside the skip, which is near the Shop Lane gate.
DON’T load the skip yourself: Committee volunteers will pack it to make the most of the space, which is expensive.

This cutting tool was found on the site earlier this week. If it belongs to you, please contact the membership secretary by email membership@ewaa.org.uk

A reminder that everyone must lock the gate as soon as they come onto the site, and again when they leave. This morning several plot-holders found that their sheds had been broken into overnight, so please be particularly vigilant.
At this time of year the EWAA Committee traditionally calls for volunteers to help with autumn jobs such as cutting back bramble in the car parks, litter picking, and tidying the hedgerows. This type of group activity is not possible during the current lockdown, but when restrictions are lifted we will contact all allotment-holders to ask for help with these site maintenance tasks.
