BETWEEN
THE EAST WARD ALLOTMENT ASSOCIATION of Cricket Road Oxford OX4 3DJ( “the Association” or “EWAA”)
and [Member/plot-holder’s name] of [address………………………………………………….] and [Member/plot-holder’s name] of [address………………………………………………….] (“the Plot-holder(s)”)
- In this Agreement “the Conditions” mean the terms and conditions of the Oxford City Council Lease in force from time to time and EWAA Constitution in force from time to time (which incorporates the EWAA Site Rules). Copies of the Conditions current at the commencement of this agreement have been sent / are attached and have been read by the Plot Holder(s).
- The Association agrees to license and the Plot Holder agrees to take the allotment garden situated at East Ward Allotment at Cricket Road Oxford (“the Site”) being Plot(s) No. [xyz(s)], in the register of allotment gardens maintained by the Association from the date of this agreement and renewable from year to year until the same shall be terminated as set out in the Conditions at a cost notified by the Association together with any further charges agreed and charged by the Association.
- The costs mentioned in 2 above shall be paid annually no later than the first day of November in each year or from such date as the Association may determine and so to the nearest quarter year in respect of any period less than a year over which the occupancy may extend.
- The costs mentioned at 2 above may in the future be increased or decreased by the Association in accordance with the EWAA Constitution.
- This Agreement is subject to the Conditions and to the Allotments Acts 1908 to 1950.
