The 2025 EWAA Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday 12th October at 12 noon in the allotment shop. Please add this important date to your diary!
At the meeting we will:
- approve the year’s accounts
- set the rent for 2025-26
- elect a committee to run the site over the coming year
- vote on the committee’s proposal for incorporation
- receive an update on the lease negotiations

The deadline for receipt of nominations and proposals is 5th October 2025
