AGM coming up, 29th September

Along with a report of the year’s activities, we will be electing the Association’s officers for 2016-2017:

President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Shop Officer, Machinery Officer and eight ordinary members. The current trustees continue.

Any member may put their name forward for election. The current President, Membership Sec and Shop Officer are all stepping down, so we welcome nominations for these roles. Other current officers are standing again, but any member may stand for any post.

This year we are asking members to bring something edible to share. Cake and other refreshments will be available.
