The East Ward Allotment Association is managed by the allotment committee, made up of allotment holders elected at the AGM on the last Thursday of September each year. Any member may stand for the committee and also may stand for one of the officer posts. All members are also welcome attend our committee meetings, which take place every other month. Would it be possible to include a plot number against committee members. Names are great if you can put a face to them, but if you don’t know them a plot number would help.

    Regards, John.

      Hi John,
this is a very sensible idea John – have updated. We might also get some photos, but that might take a bit longer to organise.

      cheers
      Julian

Thanks for the who’s who lists Julian. I did note, however, that you are calling the Top Road “Road 1”, and the Middle Road “Road 2”, etc. Should we not just stick to the designated names as agreed on the recently re-drafted new plan?
    Yours, politely, Peter
